2019 UPDATE: ALTCOS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, AND THE DRUGSTORE BRAND LIST HAS BEEN UPDATED! The new list includes Guardian now, which can be found at the bottom of this post.
Hey guys! Here is another list of websites that carry cruelty free brands. I decided to combine both Altcos and Sasa/Watsons into one post because they have very limited choices. Also, I've ordered from Altcos before (check out my Instagram highlights), and I thought I'd follow up with a list!
Altcos:
Anastasia Beverly Hills
Becca
Charlotte Tilbury
Colourpop
Drunk Elephant
Glossier
Huda Beauty
Jeffree Star*
Lime crime*
L.A. Girl
Makeup Geek
Melt
Milani
Milk Makeup
Ritual De Fille
Stila
Sugarpill
*still not proven cruelty free, and with a lot of controversy so I would not recommend because I don't trust the brand
FYI, the site is owned by Singaporeans. I found it by chance when I was looking for an online store that carried Glossier (extra points for the affordable pricing and free shipping)!
According to Altcos website;
"High shipping costs and currency conversions are now a thing of the past? Stress no more, U.S cosmetics are now readily available online on Altcos."

Sasa and Watsons have been combined because most of the times the items can only be found during their pop ups, which thankfully are quite frequent. Last updated: 22.3.19
I've been using Gosh's eyeliner, Intense EyeLiner Pen in Black, for the past 4 years, and I highly recommend it. It is on the top of my list! Plus it never ever smudges! Easy application, perfect for drawing cat eyes! Sasa, please bring in more eyeliner pens because you are always sold out of it.
Also, theBalm is a cheaper alternative to Urban Decay! I use their Mary-Lou Manizer religiously!
